Why is my card coming up as noname?

Whenever I put my card with my friends in at the same time my card says noname and my songs folder isn't there

The first time it happened I just when home and filled my name in the editable becuase for some reason it got deleated but it was still in last good

but now it happed again! and this time my name and weight are still there
why is this happening

is my card messed up! will it work agian?

It's probably a usb glitch.
Don't use your usb with Mdawg's ITG2 PC.

Well r21 machines can only load a certain amount of songs, so it probably loads off of your friend's card first, then yours. If his take up all that it can load, it won't load any off of yours.

yeah that could be true
but then again I tryed to play after him with just my card about 3 times in a row and it still said noname but all my things on the card were right?

Nothings comeing up but its on the card
it will say noname and my folder isn't there to play my custom songs
but I fixed this before
the problem was some how my name got deleted out of editable but now my name is still there and it did it agian????

yea.. it happens from time to time at fun n games

we just reset that shit if we get no name stuff

It happened to me a few times when I was playing with a USB that had U3 Technology on it. I just switched the cards and it worked fine after that.

if the card has U3 tech on it. just REFORMAT the card. then just insert the card, BEFORE making the editable.ini. when you do it before, the editable.ini resets.

Thats what happened before the editable just went blank

1. Reformat card. (Delete it ALL)
2. Bring card to arcade.
3. Play normal run.
4. Run home really fast and add stuff to now present ITG2 folder, or use the laptop you brought to the arcade maybe.
5. Play with n00ly formatted card!!
