You can speed things up/slow things down in Audacity without it sounding too bad, as long as it's not a big change. Some of the Tachyon and Brutetown files were sped/slowed.

Cube Negative, Class Meeting and Concept of Love (Concept of Passion Mix) EX were sped up. LED X and Lune Noir EX are sped-up versions of other songs. The album versions of Halfway and Snort a Lot of Crack are faster than the Mungyodance versions. I'm probably missing stuff from MGD and MGD2 but I don't feel like digging into those.

the only thing I know about Mungyodance is it's bad.

It doesn't fare too well today, but neither does the r2112 pack, and those were both created in or before 2008. Standards have changed over time.

regardless, it's easy to go past 255bpm in LSDJ if you know what you're doing.

Cuz those packs are renowned for their audio fidelity... :roll:

But that's more of an overamplification and low export quality issue, not due to tempo changing in Audacity. I sped up my It's Murder file 10 bpm or so and it sounds fine.
