Planet Rathstar Stepchart (DL6: .sm input via URL, bar #s)

The link to the source code zip is there so you can host it on your own site, as long as your web server has php5 or later.

The program was originally written by rathstar, where his website has been dead for a long time.

I finally got it set up. There was a problem with the tempnam function where instead of returining a path like smfiles/tmp/smblahblah like it looked like it should it was returning only tmp/smblahblah. I finally clobbered it and the other files to use a different path and it worked. (took 2 hours to fix that bug)

Sorry about that! But thanks for putting in the effort to make the chart generator work for you. I am happy to see that it is still useful.

Is there any copyright on this program? Can I add it to my own site without any problems?

Not a problem. You will see in the source (image.php) that it says something about the program being freely redistributable in its entirety.

Hey, Dark Luke, can you add measure numbers to the tops of the columns? It'd be useful when looking at charts in the chart viewer for reference in pattern reviewing. Thanks.

Massive revamp to the frontend. Major new features:

-Added ability to select an .sm right from your computer - you don't have to manually copy+paste from the .sm anymore.

-The parser can now read an .sm file off the internet! These chart results are bookmarkable permalinks!

-Finally added support to display measure numbers! (At the top left corner of each measure)
