Didn't get the tapers instead i got skeletoes and omg i nearly jizzed at the lack of weight they have, let ya know if they last .

I just got the MW00 life zeros or whatever they're called and tried them for the first time today. They're a lot different from the Tapers I'm used to (and love), so it'll take a while for me to see if I can get used to them. They actually feel a lot like my old Nike Frees, except with half the sole thickness.

Frees really? A lot of aaronin.jp love them, but if they are like frees I have no interest.

My favorite shoe right now is the mizuno wave universe 3s.

If your going to use Vibrams you need the komodo because the others will just wear the heel of your foot out.

I was planning on getting a pair of the new balances to try, so I might just use somewhere I can return them if I don't like them.

I've twisted my little toe a few times while playing in my Vibrams, from having it catch on the raised edge of a panel. It hasn't been bad enough to make me stop playing though, or felt like an injury that shouldn't be ignored.

I had to get out of the Vibrams. I would play with them again if I got komodo's (4 mms thick vs 2mms thick) but the normal kinds tear up my heel. I am going to try MW00's and might just go out and get another pay of Mizuno's.

Does anyone actually own any saucony shays. And if so, do they know if the spiked model can have the spikes removed?

I had the Shay flats, fantastic shoes. I think the spikes are removable on that model, not 100% sure, though.
