How do I add youtube to a post?

That works on one video but when I replace the URL it wont work...

Replace /watch?v= with /v/

So much easier just to copy the URL as opposed to the embed code.

Unless it's been updated recently, just posting the actual url doesn't work. The one in the embed code is different and you still have to place the dimensions. The "guide" basically just tells you to copy the embed code url and add the dimensions that are already there.

I have always just used the URL.
I've never really cared for the dimensions. I give it a default size of 480,360. Which is usually ballpark of what the actual dimensions are.
