R21's new pack -
[240] - File rating, (5.2 out of 10)
1 thing I actually liked in this chart is how well the mines accented the back rhythms in certain parts, but on the negative side....
First thing to point out. I don't understand why you had some pauses in certain places but not pauses in other sections that really deserved them. Made the file very inconsistent, for example, I don't understand why you'd have a pause at measure 21, if you don't have any pauses in measure 5, clearly called for it, but sure I guess you're argument is that you didn't want to many pauses in it overall or something homo like that, but especially near the end in measures 118 - 120, you guys definitely failed at making this chart to it's full potential, and WOW, Such an uncomfortable pattern at Measure 117, seriously, what are yah gay? I see how you were trying WAY TOO HARD to make it go with the music there in a way, but there's so many different options you could have went with.
PS: This song choice was terrible. Definitely not a fun step chart by any means.

[Captain Marusa's Ass Anchor] - File rating (6.5 out of 10)
I do like some of the easier flowing cross-overs that are consistent, and I liked all the 16th note jacks used very well here, but on the negative.....
Ok, Measure 5 definitley should have had some mines thrown in to it to accent the unique electro sounds before the steps started. Hence, you would have gave a better dramatic effect, and raised the players vibrational frequency ever so much, and got them in a better perception hyped up before it started, but I guess that's just a personal preference.
Cross-over in measure 29 was homo as groove, seriously how unthoughtful can a step artists be? To place such an awkward cross before some 32nds following after it. Use your mind, that cross-over wasn't consistent but merely a degree of incongruity with the rest of the cross-overs before hand. You tried way to hard to make that part of the chart special and it shows.
measure 45, another homo forced cross-over.
Measure 46 - 49, this part of the file clearly wasn't stepped to it's full potential, you could have used some freezes with the higher longer noted rhythms there and changed the patterns to fit it better there too. That few seconds of the file was BORING.
The double 8th note jack at Second 203.500 - 204.00 made no sense whatsoever and was nothing but inconsistent with the double note jacks that were actually placed well in the patterns before.
OMG, you're going to have gimmicks at measure 61 and not at measure 53, MORE INCONSISTENCY. oanvranrpNOPoinpoaervnpeoiarivnaPORIN
This file was somewhat fun.....but only SOMEWHAT. Could have been much better if you didn't try so hard, no offense.

[ Colusses] - File rating (8.5 out of 10)
I did like the footswiches and the cool 64th note rhythms in here, but on the negative.....
Ok, the jumps in the first few measures were going well, but when that other instrument came in, nothing else was added to the chart, once again a few mines to perhaps accent the other rhythm in the backround in measure 5-9 would have spiced the chart up just a tiny notch.
The only cross-over I approve of in this chart was Measure 35, actually fit the music well, all the other ones in the file I just felt were forced. I mean yes, they went to something, yes, they were consistent, but clearly didn't nead to be in the file, but whatever is clever.
This is the best one I've seen yet, really hoping for something greater though....

[Dawgs in the House] - File Rating (10 out of 10)
I tried hard to find something wrong with this file, but I couldn't. It was stepped too well. This is a kind of file I was hoping would be in here. It's not too unique or anything, but just stepped so well.

[Holy Humiliation] File rating (8 out of 10)
Really well used patterns here for the short 16th streams here
Some freeze arrows definitley could have been put in, in certain spots. For example, the end of measure 28, those 8th notes completely called for some freezes and other parts like that. But sure, maybe you didn't want to use too many because you believed it would take the dramatic effect from the rest of the freezes in the chart.
The gallopy things in measure 69 - 73 are nice, but then you lost the consistency by not having them in measures 73- 75 but whatever xD.
really fun chart overall.

[Hot Issue] - File rating (10 out of 10)
Wow, you actually used cross-overs the perfect way in this chart. You had a few, that were called for, you nailed them perfectly. (instead of forcing them like some noobs did in this pack)
But step placement, Jesus was so good following the voice and everything. I loved every second of this file.
Very fun

[J- Bong] File rating (9 out of 10)
Loved the forced double steps and 24ths in this file.. but on the only issue I had
Was the pattern placement at the beginning at Measure 15 really necessary with the step to jump?? WHAT THEE TRUCK
=======================================================================
[MASCARADA] - File rating (9.2 out of 10)
This was a really fun chart overall. Cross overs were nice except for one thing.
. Why were the first 4 cross-overs of this song all LEFT faced??? even though the first two were identical, and the 2nd two were differnet but identical to each other, all 4 cross-overs were all LEFT faced. For those of you who are somewhat decent at stepping, you might get what I'm talking about.
OH, and i don't understand why you had a cross-over jump at the end of the chart after the 24th run. It clearly didn't fit and wasn't called for, and felt extremely awkward. Kind of took away, just a tiny bit, of the entire chart.
With exception to that, there's nothing more I can complain about. This file was really good.
==================================================================
[Nitrtonic] File rating (9.9 out of 10)
really fun chart overall. The cross-overs weren't overdone like a type of gay, and the patterns followed the rhythms so well.
The gallop pattern in measure 21 is inconsistent (more foot shifting) with the rest of the easier pattern gallops you got going on, - where the music is identical, - in measure 22 - 25, but whatever, really not a big deal.
Awesome chart bro.

[Piano Forte] - File rating (8.8 out of 10)
This file had a lot going on and was very fun overall... but on the negative.
Honestly, in measure 10, were you paying attention when you stepped that, the jump is so awkward. It's merely a bracket jumped the terrible way it was placed, and I know r21freak doesn't do that jive. I'm not proud of you.
Dude, I really don't know what you think is so awesome about the 16th note cross over jumps. (ex: measure 30 and other parts like that) Honestly, it kind of made those parts of the file gay compared to how awesome the rest of the file was.
Oh, and you're missing a jump in measure 46 if you're trying to keep the file consistent, and I know you r21freaks are all about that, like seriously, what's wrong with you.
Beat 258.500, you just left that part of the file muted when those extra sounds came in. Come on bro, the file was definitely calling for some mines or something there. Yes you could have kept the freeze arrows, but seriously, nothing for the last few sounds of the song?
This chart was so good, but the minor flaws in it really upset me. ='[

[Rage against Usual] - File rating (2 out of 10)
Measure 7-9, what thee truck, you definitely could have thrown some rolls in there. Hoenstly pisses me off when step artists are lazy....
Current beat 73.500 should have been a roll if you were trying to keep the file consistent, but I know you r21freaks have obviously stopped caring about consistency. Hopefully there's a revision for this pack that can live up to my expectations.
Current beat 101.250 ,105.250 ------ARE YOU grooving KIDDING ME??? You're missing an arrow in both those spots. STRAIGHT UP MISSING AN ARROW (I can't believe an r21freak pack would miss such a thing) but honestly you clearly forgot to step that part. Maybe you chose not to for whatever reason, but honestly, maybe one day you guys will learn how to step.
WOW, I'm not even finishing reviewing this file...
====================================================================
Matter of fact I'm done reviewing this pack. It's pissing me off. I might come back and finish the other 4 or 5 charts I missed later if those step artists would actually like a review.
