Looking for a good metal pad!!! :D

hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone has any idea where to get a good 2.5" to 3" thick metal pad for a good price.
im asking this because i dont have one yet, i have oITG running well and can practice with a mat and a chair but i need something i can actually PLAY on!!

(btw im looking for a good way to speed up ITG3 or any other theme like it because i get lags sometimes when i play long runs on a song)

yeah it works great on ITG2 GOLD but sometimes it lags when i use the ITG3 on the fast runs

im the only one who uses it and its a WinXP Home Ed XP
