If you're not familiar with me or my workings, this is my theme that I've been working on, the whole thing is done except for the full roster of characters and the overall polishing of some things but I'm releasing it publicly over the christmas break for you all to test out and play with, I mostly want to know of any bugs you come across but other than that everything graphical is going to stay exactly as I envisioned it to be.

If you're wondering why this thread is so vague and brief it's because I am rushing this and my latest pack out to the public because I am announcing my stepman retirement, go here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=19659&p=303622

I'll pick up the work with this theme again at some stage but for now I just need to have a break from the ITG scene, as said the theme overall has been completed it's just the character selection that is lacking so far, still I'd love to hear what you all think of it so that when I actually do get back around to doing it I can make it as good as I possibly can.

EDIT:

Oh yeah, regarding mods and such, by now I'm sure you all know how to change them yourselves and if not I'm sure you can all find out how, I release my themes while making sure that there aren't so many options that it bundles them all under a singular box, you're welcome to add as many mods as you wish as well as move the options and lists around to suit you better however for the sake of things looking nice these will forever be my default options, they're actually what I use to play the game also.

Also to get change the "ITG Jayce's House" text on the evaluation screen you just need to open:
Gamz\BGAnimations\ScreenEvalua­tion overlay.xml in notepad, find the phrase and change it to whatever.

Looks pretty fantastic, would be good to see it on a machine. Won't get put on our local though, not without explaining how custom content works to the TimeZone national managers.

I didn't work on the edit mode part of the theme I don't believe so it might look a bit crappy compared to the rest of the theme but yeah it should be fully functional.

Finally i found a theme with a working edit mode. I played it ; It's an interesting, funny and simple theme. Will let it in my computer, Thanks a lot for this !

Starting using this. Really like the look of it, will make a nice Tactics replacement. I get a bunch of errors with it though, none of which are gamebreaking but all of which are annoying. L00K: (also all the black in the images is because of me manually screenshotting them lol)

lol Mac users hate my themes, at least every error is the same pretty much, simply put it's showing errors that shouldn't even be errors, for example:

If you go to the folder Gamz\BGAnimations\ScreenGameplay overlay you'll find that there's only one file called DEMO, but there is also another file demonstration gradient, so there are 2 files that start with the word demo but nothing more, just stupid shit being stupid...

some goes for every other multiple match error, you can check it out for yourself and I suppose the easiest way around it would just be to rename each similar name to something else so I'll keep that in mind for a future release.

In the meantime maybe just play on fullscreen, I'm pretty sure that stops the errors from popping up unless Macs are stupid in that regard too.

This looks to be an oversight on my part, simplest means of getting rid of it is to go to the Gamz\BGAnimations\Fonts folder, make a copy of the "_eurostile blue glow 16x16" font and rename it to "_r bold 30px", that should fix the issue right up.

Thanks for the help Jayce! Fullscreening SM looked to clear most of the issues

I couldn't find a Gamz/BGAnimations/Fonts folder, and if you mean Gamz/Fonts then doing what you said crashed SM. Here's the error log if you want

yeah my bad, I meant Gamz/Fonts...
Did you definitely copy the file and then rename the copied file or did you just rename the original file?

Either way I'm not sure why it would crash from doing that alone and the crashdump you pasted is an OpenGL error

i copied the file and then renamed it. it's not an error with the font itself though, i deleted the new font file afterwards (leaving only what was originally there) and it still crashed

haha, so basically in the long run nothing's changed yet it's started crashing?
Does it crash if you change the theme to a different one?
