IMO the DG forum would be better off if you get rid of the accomplishments / simfiles areas entirely and make it more of a social spot, since people are already comfy at AIJ / r21freak for those two areas and it largely felt like a place to re-post those things. I, for one, am interested in the multimedia section (as I know others like yourself and Terry are), but the ball needs to get rolling in other areas as well if you want to make the forum active.

Me stopping posting wasn't an effort to get more people to post there, that'd obviously be dumb. It's more an issue of the fact that I didn't feel like reposting my accomplishments in three different forums, one of which nobody really looks at. Yeah, I'd like it if more people posted there, but they don't, so I save myself some time at 3AM every night I play by not reposting.

Yeah, I haven't been listening to as much metal as I did years ago. When I do however, it's usually just Dream Theater, Dissection, Periphery, Unexpect and a bunch of other shit everybody probably knows about.

I made a sort of "Jazz Megathread" over on DG, so it would be awesome to get more posts in that.

As for album reviews, nothing recently came up that really inspired a constructive discussion about, but if the opportunity presents itself again, I don't mind crossposting them on both forums.

I still refuse to listen to that transcoded web rip. The spectrals on that made me vomit. I will enjoy my brand new M83 experience with some HD 280's and a nice FLAC upload with 100% log bitchessss.
