Haha, never realized how bad 888 and Valkirie Dimension's stepcharts are.

Seriously, what the hell.

888's chart isn't that bad really. Compared to your average DDR hard chart, it's actually really good. Valkyrie Dimension is shit though yeah

I think part of my bias with 888 was the fact that I (stupidly) put my speed mod at 4x. Thought that it would be just gimmicked stuff, not a 444bpm run. I was sorely mistaken. Ill probably try it again at 2x.

and mini mod the shit out of it, so you can still read the arrows somewhat comfortably, even in the high bpm sections.

Also, totally changing Calico Cat Rock to Mikeneko Rock.
I still don't get the name change to this day... Mikeneko sounds soooo much cooler.

Mikeneko means "calico cat". Hope this helps

AST is always an hour later than it should be, so you're constantly running with toast in your mouth.

PARANOiA ~HADES~ is so lol. The S-Heavy chart was the last 15' on X-scale that I passed, and I can only get to the 100 BPM section on the S-Challenge. Crossovers to jumps = why I love konmai quality!!1!

I joined this group of DDR players on Facebook cause it was mostly made up of mostly NYC dudes (I live there currently) and I thought it'd be cool to maybe know more than like 3 rhythm game players in the city. However I just witnessed a conversation where people actually tried to defend Valkyrie Dimension Oni. And someone unironically looked down on bar raping

The only really horrible ddr charts that have excessively fast crossovers and spins are mainly in 18s, x specials, and VD oni. Just stick with the 17s and under.

hold your horses there turbo. they aren't that big of a priority. you can always just download them off of ziv if you are that impatient. just browse their simfile collections and look for the appropriately marked (V) next to any file that has a video for it.

95% of the original purpose of this project of mine was strictly rerates. videos are just for good measure.

And to date, only one other person have bothered downloading all of what I'm doing, so I don't feel a sense of urgency getting everything up in such a hurry.

I also have been thinking about rerating every ITG official chart to the DDR X/X2 rating system. Maybe after this project maybe you can go ahead if you have time?

I don't plan on doing that at all. How would I exactly know how each chart would be rerated accurately? I was only able to do the DDR X/X2 rerates because I was able to reference bemaniwiki and zenius-i-vanisher for their official rerated difficulty values.

Also, check the OP for a full release of both simfiles and movies.
