Well I'm not going to jump to any judgments on someone just because someone told me this or that about them.

Honestly, if that is quoted verbatim, and he has such scores, I can't help but feel like that statement about drills is dripping with sarcasm. I mean, I refuse to believe that anyone with 69% on FDJ actually thinks they're "god like" at them. Perhaps consider investing in a sarcasm detector? (That's a joke).

Also, he didn't have a hard time accepting that I, or anyone else there, was better than him. And no offense, but judging by his scores and yours that I've seen, it looks to me like he is better than you. He has 81% on Xtremepolesta which is actually pretty good. As of your post in accomps, you've passed one low 14, whereas he has an 81 on a 15; I don't even see a debate there. As for someone younger than him, I've already mentioned the 11-year-old that lives where the machine I play on is, and Dave seemed at least impressed at him, though he's not quite better than Dave yet.

Again no offense, I'm not at all trying to sound mean or anything like that, I just don't really see where you're coming from, and am trying to be objective. I try not to be very judgmental of people I don't know well.

Believe me Steve, I know that you can't really be judgmental unless you know someone, and I take now offense at all in that you think he's better than me.

The thing that makes him elitist is that he treats getting a AAA on a DDR 6-7 footer as more of an accomplishment than getting a triple star on an ITG 11-footer. And he just acts like he's the bomb (yes, I'm kickin' it old school with that one) because he has so many AAA's on DDR extreme....idk, I just don't agree with him on the DDR > ITG thing, and I really don't want to start any drama or anything lol. I just said what I feel based on how he has presented himself over the last year or so :).

Back to the original topic, I hope I find a worthy, non-shitbox car soon so I can come play with you hahaha, and also play again. I haven't played in a week -.-

Because it is. I have more 11s tri-starred than 7 footers AAA'd (arcade) and I play DDR a lot.

Also, someone I play ITG with still thinks I'm better than him in general at ITG. He's getting very close to a Vertex Beta pass lmao. I do have much better FA than him, but I definitely do not think I am better than him in general. I just think he's too modest, haha.

I generally regard consistency and FA above stamina, because stamina seems more easily attainable to me. I've always been more interested in playing harder songs, but I've always felt more impressed with people that get consistent quads. My friend James consistently has better FA than me; I'd insist that he's better than me in most ways, despite the fact that I don't think he's passed a 15. I might place myself above him because of footspeed though; that's a bit harder to develop than stamina. But I still suck at FA haha.

But yeah, it's whatever, I mean I don't really know him too well anyway. Anytime you wanna come down and play you can just talk to me, and we'll beast it up.

Whelp, here is where we agree to disagree, because, well, I disagree with that ^_^

My footspeed and stamina are both getting there, I can do bursty runs at around 215 or so and drills around 240-250. As for streaming I can do that at around 180-190, but how long I can hold it is a whole different issue....which is why I haven't tried Air or 3y3s or the like lol.

And he also puts himself up on a pedestal because he has like 220 AAA's in DDR and I have like 4, but that's because I completely give two grooves about DDR lol. He just can't accept somebody (especially someone younger than him, ohnoez!) being better than him at ITG overall.

I went to his place once and saw him twice. He didn't talk much and seemed fine to me.
No-one was there so I got a lot of games in which was nice.

Marlborough is better anyways if you're going there :D

BTW: Let me know next time you're going down. If it's on a Saturday I can probably make it just make a message on facebook.

I can't go Sunday :'(

I have a bowling tournament at noon and work at 5:30. I could go Monday if you stayed another day, I usually go Mondays around noonish. Saturday is way too busy for me, and I think I may be able to go Friday, but I'm not sure yet. My number is 508-527-9778 if you wanna text me and try to collaborate that way ;)

Haha, we'll see. I get my work schedule tomorrow; I've been getting a lot of Mondays off, so if Gazebo is staying another day we could all go then :)

Aw damn! Even if I stay Monday (unlikely), my friends will be busy working. Don't think I'd go dancing without them. It's still looking like Sunday, though Saturday is a possibility. Friday I'm all booked. If we can't see fatty, I'm hoping to at least meet up with Steve. Let's keep each other posted.
