The moment you've all been expecting is here. Joe#2 has finally received his well-deserved staff position! Any regular user here at r21freak knows that joe#2 has been an important member of the community, showing a remarkable penchant for activity and supporting the community as a FOTW Helper. Not only is joe a great and valued member of the community, he has steadily proven himself to be one of the best steppers around, rising from relative obscurity to one of the most decorated FOTW winners on the site, having won more than any other member who hasn't already become staff. And now, with the retirement of two of our beloved staff members, he is the most recent member to rise to the hallowed halls of the staff file makers, so congratulate joe#2 on this most deserved promotion, and while you're at it, check out his most excellent files!
