All of the judges have been officially recruited and lined up, so I'll post the official announcement sometime between now and Wednesday. The rules for submissions are going to be the same as last year with regards to length and anonymity, so feel free to get working on your file now.

Based on feedback here and around the site, the judging system will be the same as the last comp, with four judges ranking and debating entries in a private forum. All of the details will be revealed (for newcomers) in the announcement thread, but if you're interested in reading up before then you can always check out the Comp V announcement thread.
