The What Games Are You Currently Playing Thread

Title says it all. Just post whatever games you play on a regular basis. For something more interesting, you can also post a reason for playing said game if there is anything in particular. Could include speed running, LPing(lol), Just trying it out, competition, etc.

As for me, I currently play Sonic Adventure DX on my PS3 doing nothing but getting better at speed running just about everything. Looking to take the 1st place Time Attack spot as Sonic in the Lost World stage and I'm almost there!

Then there's Blazblue: Continuum Shift. Mostly for straight up competition, improving my technical skills with an arcade stick, and I'm working on completing Challenge Mode entirely. For some reason I can't get down a lot of Rachel and Jin's challenges, some of Hakumen as well.

TOMORROW IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR THE NEW GOLDEN SUN! I'm getting my copy groovin' ASAP.

except online sucks because everybody plays on medium and it's grooving impossible to beat somebody when you're playing on expert because they always have a higher score even if you 100% the song.

Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge (NES)

I've had this game since as early back in my childhood as I can remember. It's another one of those games that were impossible way back in the day. I found it somewhat challenging a 2-3 years ago when I last played it, and now I just completed it like it was nothing. It was a fun way to kill time over the Thanksgiving Break; perhaps I'll challenge myself to place 1st on everything once finals are over.

Pretty good stuff so far. I plan on picking up Starfox 64 again to see if I can improve my kill count run. My best is too glorious though and seemingly impossible

Im currently without high speed internet stealing it from neighbors when i can or taking my laptop to my parents house, so my gaming has been reduced severely.

I WOULD be playing halo reach and WoW.
I am currently playing pokemon white and F.E.A.R.
I just beat the Expansion to Morrowind (Tribunal) again, this is about my 6th time running through this game.
Gonna start up FFXIII soon to see if i have the patience to make it past of the first half of the game.

FFXIII gets way better after about the first quarter lol.
I might get a Scroll of Resurrection and play WoW for one week to check out the new Priest skill tree.
I started Kingdom Hearts BBS and for some reason just stopped. It's a pretty good game and all besides the absolutely horrid acting, I just don't like using my PSP for some reason.


This morning I was very disappointed. The Gamestop I preordered Golden Sun from isn't getting it until possibly Wednesday. I guess this at least gives me time to finish getting all the trophies on a few games I'm working on.

And now that i know golden sun out, that explains why i have to cover someones shift today and tomorrow. Bastard always takes a couple days off when a game comes out. Good thing i got the jump on him for Cataclysm.

I'm playing Sonic Colors right now. It was really cool for the first few worlds, then after that I kept running into tricky jumping obstacles every 20 seconds. I wanna run dang it, leave the jumping to Mario. :T
