I will PM Scott with the formal proposal for a forum this weekend. Hopefully then we can jump right into sign-ups and the judges can start selecting songs. July 1st would be a realistic starting date for the competitive period.

I must regretfully say that I don't have the time to do any further organization for this event; I'm up to my ass in work-related projects and I'm not even going to be in town at all for most of this week and next week. If anyone would like to pick up where I have left off, by all means please do.

I would love to help setting this up and getting this up and running but my calendar is quite unpredictable. I may be doing nothing useful the next two months, but on the same hand I might be busy most of the time with shit and stuff.

Ofcourse, it's not good to just pick somebody who screams 'I WANT TO DO IT!!!!', but it doesn't have to be a big name or something like that. Just someone who is capable of running this thing.
