Yeah, all the charts are dumps, but the ridiculous patterns are good practice if you're trying to improve by playing spread.
Poker Face and 2 Dads in a Bathtub are my favorites.

I've only tried Xoon 4 Blue Version; there were only a couple good files.
Parallel Rotation was alright. Again, only a few that had replay value.
I hated 90% of Light Chancellor's

Xoon5 I've been looking forward to for a long time. I can't wait to through it at the end of this week.

90% of the packs in that first link are all keyboard. Are you sure that's what you want? If so, I'd go with PPP2, ODI2, and RedFraction.

I got halfway through all the songs I wanted to step, gave them to a friend, then he pretty much dug a hole and buried them he hated them so much. so im cancelling my pack =/
