Mine isn't off sync (aside from maybe a very small offset error). I'm not offended by you changing it, but if you keep a lot of the exact same steps and release it as your own chart, that's just not cool D:
All you have to do is ask, mang.

Dude

This was what i said the first time releasing the file

"Skeleton made by NIQ9.

That sexy person."

The sync was a little late yeah (That little portion for was "offsync". And it seems that my files are usally liked because
1. Steps
2. Sync)

If you really want to talk more 'bout this just add my msn. Not here in this thread.

ENOUGH HATE, CHILDREN.

Mattatdi, you leaving the staff section means nothing to me, because in all honesty thats just a title...and a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.

We've been through a lot of internet shit Matt, and I know that the two of us will strike the scene once again in time. That being said, I'm going to DEFINITELY get back into stepping. I'm going to be a part of this next pack. I'm going out and buying a new computer next month and you better believe I'm dusting off stepmania.

Well, I never knew Mattatdi that much, but I'll be sad to see him go. Hopefully he'll stay around the site all the same :)

(also, excited for site events!)

Dudez, you guys are all forgetting about mattatdi. HE's definitely the next one up to be a staff member. Have you SEEN Twin Chevron?

In all actuality I never really check Staff Files anymore. A new staff member is likely to change that :D No offense NIQ9, but the vast majority of your files just aren't for me. I have fun playing them, but they're not catered to my specific taste, meaning for the most part (I'm honestly too lazy for technical files XD) , I really haven't seen a lot of staff files for me since like, Destination Unknown.

And yeah, Site Events are ozm. <3 you guys. Keep it real.

not all of my files are technical, guyz

a good majority of my most recent files are not technical at all, and for the few that are, they're nothing like my older files (if you don't include Vache or Twenty Knives)

Also, I'd fix some of my simfiles if anyone actually cared to review them. You know staff =/= perfect.

This idea came to me in the Comp IV Discussion Thread: Is it possible that there will eventually be an Iron Stepfile Chef for doubles? I would love to compete with Insane Steve, Orange Love and whoever else makes charts. :)

As for the the next staff member, I'm predicting [ICNH]. I was almost positive that he would be next when MacGravel retired, but now, I don't see who else it could be. Don't get me wrong, a lot of people suspected it might be other obvious candidates like Revolver, zimlord, and Mootz. While they are each awesome step artists, [ICNH] has been involved with the site for approximately 2 years. Since then, he's not only made more FOTW's than I can count, but he also served as FOTW Helper, and has been around long enough to participate in several site activities, whether it be actually stepping, being an official judge, or just being there to give long constructive reviews when needed. Not to mention his new pack earned a lot of approval from not only this site, but from the users on AIJ.

As awesome as that would be, and as much as I would love to do it too, I don't see how it would be possible unless we made another pad... which I don't see happening for a while. Maybe if we can find someone else around who has a matching pad, or two spare metal ones perhaps :D

If there were an Iron Chef Double comp, also keep in mind it's a LOT harder to make a double file that isn't a Holic-esque 9 in an hour than a single chart.

Just throwing that out there, but mega +1 to 8 panel Iron Chef if there's a way for you to get another pad somehow.

yeah, I'd participate :D

All of the doubles charts I've made have taken 6+ hours. I would need at least 2 hours, maybe 3, for a good chart.

I thought you guys already had plans for a second pad. In "r21freak's Pad is Finally Finished!" thread, I brought up doubles play, and you seemed sure that you had it covered.

No, we expected someone else to finish theirs but it never happened. We'd have to make a whole new one.

I made sure to keep a warm glass of milk and a plate of cookies with your name on it, just in case you ever joined me in the old retirement home. Sure, we have to get someone to wipe our butts for us, but we can look back at the children we've raised and watch them become beautiful staff members.

Farewell Mattatdi. I used to play D.A.N.C.E all the time. My girlfriend makes fun of me and says it's the "strolling in the park" song.
