Considering the lumber and screws alone cost us about $300, not to mention the extremely rare 1/4 inch plexiglass which was another $40 or so, and the nicely printed and laminated graphics which were $25 (and of course not taking into account the various costs of the metals we needed, tools, electronics, plus the cost of
THE NEW BAR, etc. etc.), I don't think it's possible to make anywhere near a decent pad for just $150 or under anymore. Unless of course you have an entire workshop to yourself and don't really need to buy anything.
Plus, divided four ways, $500 isn't bad at all, and it's almost the same price as a Cobalt Flux with the arcade accessory (not taking into account their ass-rape shipping too). Plus now when things inevitabley break, we can fix them easily
