Assuming for a moment you were actually a judge, how would we handle it? We'd either probably have to have two panels (SX exclusive and DX exclusive) or one panel that is proficient in both. Also would SX judges be allowed to enter a DX comp, and vice versa?

Putting that aside, while I'm sad that DX is seemingly not in this comp, I can't blame Psychotik when no one else asked him about it.

I do kind of agree with Helvetica not being a judge tbh. I have nothing against the guy but he didn't finish the job last time, as previously stated, and he doesn't really post around here anymore; I have no idea if he really is up to date on what's happening in simfiles

I'm prettty sure this rule is geared towards more getting help from others (which you shouldn't). I highly doubt a 40-something year old soccer mom will track you down to the simfile den of r21freak to rat out your simfile activities. That being said, playtesting with others that post on this site is probably not a good idea.

Yes, as long as there are no FG or BG changes. Gimmicks by themselves are not against the rules.

Seriously though, I'm willing to be a DX comp judge as well if it happens. If it means I can't enter the SX then that's fine, I don't mind.
