Why are you both trying to justify this? I don't know Blazing, but is it so wrong to think that tournaments should be structured as fair as possible? It's very easy to just get another judge if you absolutely need 4. I'm really interested in entering this, but it's just a little bit annoying.
The people that he doesn't know that are entering are more likely to be free of bias, but the entrants that Blazing does know are more likely to be impacted by the existence of bias. (i.e. you see a chart submitted by mute and you think "I usually like charts by mute", or a similar situation with a step artist that he might think is bad)
But then again, people are going to know whose charts are whose anyway. Rik enters and if you can't FC it on a sight read, IT'S HIS FILE
