Planet Rathstar Stepchart is a web application that visualizes a .sm chart graphically.
Planet Rathstar Stepchart - Hosted by r21freak.com
It was originally written by rathstar and hosted on itgfreak.com (later rhythmatic.net) as the official stepchart database for ITG songs, back during the days before Roxor got sued by Konami for patent infridgement.
The original Planet Rathstar stepchart parser hosted on rhythmatic later stopped working suddenly - manual .sm input resulted in a broken image there.
I found a link to the generator's code on AIJ, and uploaded to my ftp space. It didn't work right away. then I tried to fix it. It turned out to be file not found error caused by missing temporary and cache directories. Then some fixing...
and woohoo it worked!
(As of now, rhythmatic.net is dead)

Have some bugs, assuming you'd know how to fix any of this.
Put this file in:
When set to novice and single and spacing 16x, you can see that:
1. 64ths are coloured orange.
2. 192nds are coloured yellow, but without a green outline.
It's better in this regard then bemanistyle's parser, at least - that one displays 64ths and 48ths as white!
I'm assuming the purple 24ths and 48ths is to conform with the way ITG does it.
When set to novice or challenge and solo and spacing 16x, you can see that:
1. It doesn't display anything, even though there is clearly a solo chart in the data.

When set to novice and single and spacing 16x, you can see that:
1. 64ths are coloured orange.
2. 192nds are coloured yellow, but without a green outline.
It's better in this regard then bemanistyle's parser, at least - that one displays 64ths and 48ths as white!
I'm assuming the purple 24ths and 48ths is to conform with the way ITG does it.
When set to novice or challenge and solo and spacing 16x, you can see that:
1. It doesn't display anything, even though there is clearly a solo chart in the data.

I am able to set 64th note's color to cyan, but don't know with the 192nd's.
Solo doesn't seem to work so I took it out from the chart input page.

woohoo... I finally got Solo mode to work!
After all, this is the one stupid line in chart-shape-default.php that broke the solo support. The extra array() broke the image_common.php's transformsymbol function, causing the upright column to throw error messages.
And I fixed this by changing this line to this;
Also Max combo is now displayed in the chart output too. This also fixed NPS calculation when there are 4+ arrow chords (quads) in the song.
Also Patashu, in your test sm, the header comment for solo charts have only 1 slash instead of 2 slashes, causing the stepchart parser to not recognize these two solo charts.
and LOL at 96.5 NPS for double novice.
