So in an effort to try and get a few more donations, I've lowered the minimum donation on a few prizes, namely the ones that were not as much work on my part as I found out when people who donated requested them. Some prizes have not changed their minimum donation, since either they do take a lot of work on my part (such as the stepfile creating) or because there's only so many of them that I can give out (such as the gig of space). If you've been eyeing any of the prizes, or if you just want to help r21freak out, then there has never been a better time.
Also, I have a few questions to pose to the community for donations: would you guys like to see other prizes made available? Things such as "request a feature for the board" or "sticky a topic in the junkyard for a month" would be very possible, but I wouldn't want to go ahead with somewhat unorthodox prizes without approval and or interest from everyone here. If you have an opinion or a suggestion, by all means tell me!
And with that I hope that everyone is still enjoying their Secret Stepfile Santa files, and the still fairly fresh Bringin' It Back Pack files as well, in addition to the great stuff produced every week in Individual and Packs of Files. Another competition, Iron Stepfile Chef 2, and a few other surprises are all on the horizon, but it's also important to enjoy stuff thoroughly that's already out as well. Remember, if you have suggestions for site events, feel free to share them. The worst that could happen is that it doesn't happen, and the best that could happen is that you're in charge of the next fun thing at r21freak. Though donations are great and ensure that the site stays around, it is the community that is constantly producing great files and coming up with fun things to do that keeps this place worth having around in the first place
