I want to see who can make the best gimmick file.
I am going to find a song and whoever signs up with have to step it,
using the most and as many appropriate gimmicks as possible.
I will need 2 judges. Judges can not be in the competition.
•Me and the judges will work together to come up with a song for everybody entering the competition to step
•Each judge will be entitled to their own opinion on what a "good" gimmick file is.
•Showing anybody your file before submitting it is strictle forbidden.
•Anybody includes anybody, in the competition, judging, or a random guy on the street. Nobody sees the file except you.
•If you have a request, please. PM or IM one of the judges. Don't post a link here in the open.
How judging will work:
It will all depend on the amount of people there are.
For example, we will take 5 people, AJAX, MacGravel, DJ_NiveK, TEEX, and Chaoz.
The Judges will go from what they like the least to the best like this:
AJAX: 4
MacGravel: 5
DJ_NiveK: 1
TEEX: 2
Chaoz: 3
Each Judge will do this. all Judges' scores will be added up at the end.
The person with the highest number wins. Simple enough.
Deadline to hand in file will be Sunday, November 22nd
Each contestant will have 2 weeks from the date the song is released, to the date that the file must be submitted. I will be announcing when the song will be released 3 days ahead of time for people to prepare.
After I message the .ogg file to each of you, you will have exactly two weeks to send it back.
When sending back, I want a .sm file inside a folder with the name of the song, and your name on it.
All that needs to be in the folder is the .sm file, named exactly the same as the name of the folder.
*I do not want there to be any graphics included in this first release to me.
Sync will vary from judge to judge. My personal standards are going to be If I'm not great comboing, It's fine.
