I've been reading up on the upcoming phpBB3, which has just entered v1.0b. In order to provide the coolest looking service to r21 enthusiasts, i'd like to upgrade once it reaches stable versions. If anyone has any experience with it, works for the phpbb group, or knows some php discuss here.

Sounds good. I like the "random user" idea.
If possible, it would be pretty cool to have a link to a "random simfile" too. Maybe a seperate link for each difficulty level topic, and one main link for the main page which englobes all simfiles?
Edit: I'd put this in Site Discussion and not General Discussion, if I were you.
