I LOVE "Distant Worlds: music from Final Fantasy". I have a physical copy of both albums as well as the DVD of their concert in Tokyo.
In fact, I saw them when they came to NYC in April this year as part of their world tour. Nobuo Uematsu made his guest appearance and danced on stage during One-Winged Angel, while Arnie Roth asked the audience to sing the chorus. It was an amazing show; the opportunity to see "The Opera: Maria & Draco" (FFVI) performed with a live orchestra was a dream come true. Susan Calloway is also an amazing singer; she sang "A Place to Call Home - Melodies of Life" (FINAL FANTASY IX). Towards the end, they played a few tracks from Final Fantasy XIII and XIV. During each song, they would project clips from their respective games onto a screen above the stage. On top of that, the seats were amazing.
