Searching for : Straight-forward stamina files 11-13?

Postby FURR on Tue Jul 17, 2012 6:18 pm

Maybe somebody will recommend some good stamina packs like "Cirque du Beast" (but straight-forward charts)
song with different levels ; ~3-5 minutes ; about 1100-1900 steps
Easy 9-10
Medium 11
Hard 12-13
Expert 14+
(something similar to this)
Or that pack's the only one which has got such songs ?

Xynn's trance pack.
Hell any trance song will probably do.

A number of DJ Sharpnel songs; Piece of Poetry (mine), Dokudempa (archi's), Magic Cycles (Condortalon's), etc, can help at the higher BPM speeds.

Random songs:

-Loituma
-Welcome to Rainbow
-Infernoplex
-Lucky remix
-The Island part 1
-I go Crazy
-Mindful
-Gazebo's nemeton (stream+footswitches for a good 4 minutes I think)
-Kiss from a rose ~dUmPsTrEaM eDiT~
-mute's Xepher
-Superstring (Rank 1 remix)

Just off the top of my head. I have about 3 streamy charts in Amperage at the moment and probably will have more when it's finalized.
Yoshi is better than Mario and you know it's true.

I don't remember how "straight-forward" it is, but Idol is the first thing that comes to mind. it's a difficult 12 footer.

Solitude Sun from Disbalance 2 is also a 13. I'm putting full difficulties on Voltage so you should get an easier Piece of Poetry chart when I finish that.

And even though I've spoiled a lot of my songlist already, I'm probably gonna make an Ivaltek chart as well for Amperage.

Just take any song with a standard bpm ie 140bpm then mash in some 16th notes, then mix in another song with the same bpm and mash in some more 16th notes, then sync it and put the quality at 1 then load it onto the usb and bang you're done.
Alot of dubstep works for this, but if you were really bored you could use a clicktrack and put random noises into it if you wanted to (ie dubstep).
Don't forget to add rolls where there's glitchy noises, and stutter gimmicks to piss yourself off when you play the chart for the first time.

Seriously though if you really wanted to you could just mix together a bunch of same bpm songs and 16th spam for a length of time that you can't feasibly pass, then slowly work your way through it.
The plus side of doing it that way is you won't piss people off by playing 4 rounds of 7 minute long songs. Until you've passed it, at least.

Our arcade was set with only 5min for a song.
if it's more than 5 minutes it will cut off the rest part of the song... Also it's r23 updated. + i don't know how to reupdate it to r21 so it could read the 8min+ charts with that 5min block, hacking tutorials are pretty hard to understand for me, so it's more like a dream ...

If it's got a 5 minute limit then that sounds more like open ITG?

As for updating to r21 you should be able to do it via op menu, just plug in the drive, machine update, bang.

Though I hear some people end up with boot loops when they try, it's supposed to be quite possible.

Hard for me as i said -_-
i need a video to understand what to do D:
The best way would be if somebody could be my guest and fix that damn tiny problem and have a look at the buttons on it, on the pad.

I would say if you don't know exactly what you're doing then you shouldn't try putting cracked r23 on. Even "updating" to r21 through the operator menu could cause a boot loop, and in order to fix that you'd need to know how to hack with SLAX, so I'd say let someone who knows what they're doing handle it.

Nobody knows how to do it
I won't even touch the arcade when i'm not 100% sure in what to do.
Anyhow the owner's still searching for someone who could fix the pad and add a theme + update to r21.

Try gate openerz from CuoReNeRo MeGaPacK 3. Stamina 12. Fast. I like it.

Try the 12 foot so deep remix, has like 2200 steps. It's a 145 bpm stream i think.
