Best ITG Shoes? (Specs Inside)

How were they grip wise?. I recall a review saying that they have moderate grip without the spikes on a track but how do they fare on an ITG machine?

They started out pretty grippy, but eventually they wore down to about average grip. Baby powder works well on them if you need less grip.

Got my new, never-been-worn pair of Tapers today. They're sickkkkkk. Can't wait to break them in with ITG on Thursday or Friday evening.

Out of curiosity how stiff are the soles?. The main issue i have is the the sole might be too rough and give not enough feedback on where you're stepping

I'm not really sure about that, I wasn't really paying attention to that when I was using them. I can press the sole in a little with my thumb. It doesn't exactly feel "cushy" but it's not too stiff either, especially since the soles are really thin.

The bottom of the right shoe started peeling off after about a year's use. At the same time, AiJ had a mini-craze for Minimus Lifes, so I got a pair of those instead of replacing the Shays.

inov8 f-lite 195. its a trail shoe i recently bought its comvfortable, light, flexible enough.

perfect grip-wise for me so far, it grips enough to not slide but not like its hugging the pads.

I apologize in advance if there is already a thread about this shoe. If there is, someone please respond with the thread so I can look at it. I also understand there are a lot of shoe threads and I am terribly sorry but I am in desperate need of a new ITG shoe.

What do you guys think about this shoe? It's extremely light. Has anyone tried it? I heard it is quite durable. Or do you guys recommend any other Mizuno shoe? Or any other brand?
