Any way to use Groovestats with OpenITG?

Postby jmdeguzman on Thu Jun 08, 2017 3:37 am

Hey, is there any way I can upload scores from OpenITG into Groovestats (at least the songs that are supported on the site)? I don't even care if they get ranked or not (since no signature file), would just be nice to see all my stats in one location and have it be automated with a simple upload of stats.xml. And if not Groovestats, is there another site for ITG score tracking? Thanks.

There is a script that can convert scores to a GS compatible format, but it is set up for a very specific filepath hierarchy (ie: the one on my machine, running SM5). You might be able to alter the script to have it work for your particular device; no promises though.

Thank you for that, it worked like a charm!

All I had to do was install cygwin (since I'm on Windows), open up the Cygwin terminal and navigate to the folder, throw my stats.xml in there, and run the script.

Much appreciated, mute.
