I am in the process of making a beta ruleset, which I will post no later than the first week of October. I just wanted to post this thread now mainly so everyone at least knows the date in advance.
But let me give you all a heads up of something important I do know: our tournament package. I have been talking to Shawn from Fort Rapids, and was able to get the following deal from him:

-Standard rooms (for FRVI attendees) with two queen beds or one king with a sleeper sofa are $79.00 with no water park passes.
-NOTE: All rates are subject to current city and state taxes of 6.75% and current occupancy tax of 10.00%.
-Every Room will get 5 drink Coupons and 5 food Coupons exclusive to the ITG Tournament
-Options for $15.00 Water Park Day Pass.
-Friday and Saturday, there will be an ITG Happy Hour from 5pm-8pm which includes $1.00 drafts and $3.00 for 3 Olives.
It's up from 20 rooms, but we have even MORE time to book now. And we had more than 25 rooms a night last year if I recall, so go ahead and book more! This is processing as of 9/27/2011, so do not book anything until I get the code for the discount!.
