I've been using ITG2PC since '07, this is actually the first problem I've had with it.
You might be thinking of mdawgs ITGPC, cause that version had a huge amount of bugs from what I heard...

Well since ITGPC is based off of SM 3.95 I would think it would, so no harm in trying that out.
EDIT: Looked, and no cache folder found anywhere in my ITG directory.

I already knew this. I was talking about if someone hacks the machine and adds my stepfile, but come to think of it, I don't know why someone would put the first file I've made in 2 years on a machine, so that really doesn't matter as an issue to me anymore.
